Job Description:

  • Design and build the automations that remove manual work across the business.
  • connecting CRM, email, WhatsApp, payments, spreadsheets and internal tools into reliable workflows.
  • Owns integration mapping, error handling, and documentation so automations don't silently break.

Core skills:
  • Zapier / Make / n8n or similar
  • REST APIs and webhooks
  • Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
  • Spreadsheet/database logic.

Nice to have:
  • HubSpot or similar CRM admin experience
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Low-code app builders

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in workflow automation, integrations, or business process automation is preferred.
