The Branding Manager owns how our products are seen in the market — from the visual identity itself all the way through to the campaigns that put it in front of customers. This is not a pure design role and not a pure performance-marketing role. It is the person who holds the whole go-to-market picture: what the brand looks like, what it says, where it shows up, and whether the campaigns are actually working.

If a customer sees our logo, reads our email, gets our WhatsApp message, or lands on our ad — this person is accountable for all of it feeling like one brand.

What You'll Own

1. Brand Identity & Creation
  • Logo, colour system, typography, and the full visual identity for new and existing products
  • Brand guidelines document — so designers, developers and agencies all stay consistent
  • Packaging, collateral, pitch decks, and product-launch creative
  • Brand voice and messaging: tagline, positioning statement, key differentiators

2. Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Take a product from concept to market — define the audience, the positioning, the pricing story and the launch plan
  • Competitor and category research: what everyone else is saying, and the gap we can own
  • Build the launch calendar and coordinate design, sales and product around it

3. Performance Campaigns (Weekly & Monthly)
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
  • Own the weekly campaign review: spend, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS — what to scale, what to kill
  • Monthly performance report to leadership with clear recommendations, not just numbers
  • A/B test creative, copy and audiences on a continuous cycle

4. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns
  • Build and run email sequences: onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, win-back, promotional
  • WhatsApp Business API campaigns — broadcast lists, template approvals, segmentation, opt-in compliance
  • Own list hygiene, segmentation logic and deliverability
  • Track open, click, reply and conversion rates and iterate on them

5. Content & Channel Presence
  • Social calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and any channel where our buyer is
  • Website copy, landing pages and SEO fundamentals
  • Brief and manage freelancers, agencies and the in-house design team

Must-Have Skills
  • 4–8 years across brand and performance marketing (agency or in-house both fine)
  • Has taken at least one product from zero to market — can walk us through it end to end
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just "managed an agency"
  • Practical experience running email tooling (Mailchimp / Klaviyo / HubSpot / Brevo) and WhatsApp Business API
  • Comfortable in design tools (Figma / Canva / Adobe) — enough to brief, review and fix, even if not the primary designer
  • Reads a dashboard and makes a decision from it — GA4, Meta Ads, campaign reporting
  • Strong written English; can write the ad copy, not just approve it

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related specialization is preferred.

Nice to Have
  • Healthcare, e-commerce or D2C category experience
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify (we run both — helps with landing page turnaround)
  • Video and short-form content production
  • Marketing automation / workflow tooling
