About Teamian

Teamian is an AI-powered CRM platform that helps businesses manage their sales, marketing, and customer support in one place.
It brings together leads, WhatsApp, calls, email, marketing campaigns, automation, and customer conversations into a single platform. Teamian helps businesses capture and manage leads, automate follow-ups, improve sales processes, and build better customer relationships.
Our goal is to make sales and customer management simple, automated, and more effective for growing businesses.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager – CRM, Sales & Marketing Automation to own the CRM, sales, and marketing automation products at Teamian.
This role is for someone who has already built and shipped CRM or marketing automation products. You should understand the complete journey from lead capture to closed deal, along with the marketing engine that brings those leads into the sales pipeline.
You should be able to look at our current CRM and quickly identify what is missing, what can be improved, and what needs to be built next because you have worked on similar products before.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, design, and business teams to build simple, scalable, and effective CRM and automation experiences.

Product area owned

Sales side

  • Lead management — capture, deduplication, assignment rules, routing logic, lead scoring
  • Lead nurturing — stage progression, follow-up cadences, task automation, reminders
  • Pipeline and deal management — stages, forecasting, activity tracking, win/loss capture
  • Sales enablement — templates, playbooks, battlecards, quote and proposal generation
  • Reporting and dashboards for sales leaders — conversion by stage, rep performance, source attribution

Marketing side

  • Marketing automation — workflow builder, triggers, conditions, branching, delays
  • Email marketing — campaign builder, templates, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, unsubscribe handling
  • WhatsApp marketing — template management and approval flows, broadcast campaigns, opt-in compliance, BSP integration
  • Landing pages, forms and web-to-lead capture
  • Campaign attribution and ROI reporting

Cross-cutting

  • The workflow engine itself — how users build automations without writing code
  • Integration surface: calendars, telephony, payment links, ad platforms

Background we're looking for

Must have shipped CRM or marketing automation product at a company that sells it. Not someone who used a CRM — someone who built one.
  • 4–8 years in product management, with at least 3 in CRM / sales-tech / martech
  • Has owned a workflow or automation builder as a product surface
  • Understands email deliverability and WhatsApp Business API constraints in practice, not theory
  • Comfortable with the data model underneath a CRM — objects, relationships, custom fields, permissions
  • Can write specs an engineering team can build from without a dozen follow-up meetings
  • Has run discovery with actual sales teams and translated messy feedback into a roadmap

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to SMBs in India — the buyer we're targeting
  • Exposure to AI features in a CRM context: lead scoring, call summarisation, next-best-action
  • Technical enough to read an API spec and reason about integration limits

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • An MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Technology, Product Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Candidates with strong relevant experience in CRM, sales-tech, martech, or marketing automation product management may be considered irrespective of their specific academic background.
